They never tell you why.

You get the same rejection email as everyone else, if you get one at all. Something had already read your CV, scored it, and ranked it. Then it moved on.

139other people were ranked against you for it.

Three things decide that ranking. Which one is costing you?

All three, then

The rejection email is identical either way.

It reads the same whether your CV was never opened, your answer had no ending, or the company was never allowed to hire you. So here is all three.

Software reads your CV before a person ever does.

The first pass at volume is automated, and it ranks on the language the job ad actually uses. Miss that language and you never surface, however good you are. It is a wording problem, and wording is the one thing you can fix tonight.

Tailored scan

Your CV against this job ad

87was 41

Words the ad wants that your CV never said

  • stakeholder management
  • SQL
  • variance analysis
  • Power BI

Each one arrives with a rewritten bullet you can drop straight into the builder.

  • Score your CV against any job ad and see exactly which words it is missing
  • A suggested rewrite for every gap, in your voice, not generic filler
  • Unlimited scans, so every application gets its own pass
  • 24 templates built to survive the parser instead of breaking it

You rehearse in your head. Whoever got it rehearsed out loud.

By the interview nobody doubts you can do the job. What decides it is delivery under pressure: a structured answer, one real number, and not coming apart on the follow-up. Reading about the STAR method does not build that. Doing it badly a few times where it does not count, does.

Good situation, no result. You never said what changed. Give the number, the deadline, or the decision that went your way.

  • Live voice interviews with Remi, out loud, with real follow-up questions
  • A score and written notes on every single answer, not a vague summary
  • Chat interviews for when you cannot speak, on the bus or in the library
  • Practice in the style of the tests Big Four and Magic Circle firms set

Most of the roles you are applying to cannot legally hire you.

A UK employer needs a sponsor licence before it can sponsor anyone, and the Home Office publishes the full list. Every application outside that list is an evening you do not get back. The list is public. Almost nobody filters against it.

Filter before you spend an evening on the cover letter, not after.

  • Everything else too, because sponsorship is only the first filter

Before you decide

The awkward ones, answered first.

What do I actually get on day one?

Unlimited scans of your CV against every job you apply to, each one naming the exact words you are missing and handing you the rewrite. All 24 templates. The full sponsor register. The tracker. Interview practice with feedback on every answer. You can rebuild a CV and run it against four real job ads before dinner.

Is there a free trial?

No, and here is the trade. One hour with a private interview coach costs about £150, and you get one hour. Pro is £9.99 for the month and you get every tool above, as often as you want. We would rather charge you properly than run a free trial and sell your data to pay for it. If you want proof before spending anything, the free ATS check runs on the same scoring engine paying users get: two scans an email a month, no card, no account.

Is this just ChatGPT with a logo on it?

A chatbot cannot tell you which of 120,000+ UK employers hold a sponsor licence this week, rank live vacancies against the CV you actually have, or sit through a spoken interview and score each answer separately. The scoring was built for UK graduate hiring specifically, and the templates are tested against real applicant tracking systems. The writing help is AI and we will not pretend otherwise. It is the smallest part of what you are paying for.

How fast does it actually change anything?

The CV half is same day: scan, fix exactly what it names, scan again, watch the number move. Interview delivery is a skill, so give it a few sessions before you judge it. We are not going to promise you a job, and you should be wary of anyone who does.

What if it does not work for me?

Cancel in two taps from billing settings and it stops at the end of the period you already paid for. No phone call, no retention flow, no email asking you to reconsider. You keep every CV, cover letter and report you made while you were here.

What happens to my CV?

It stays yours. Stored in the EU, never used to train any AI model, deletable from settings in one action. Voice interview audio is discarded when the session ends and only the transcript is kept, which you can purge too. We are ICO registered and the privacy policy spells all of this out at length.

I am not an international student. Still for me?

Yes. The builder, the scanner, the interview coach, the tracker and the job feeds are for anyone job hunting in the UK, and the crowd at the top of this page does not care what passport you hold. The sponsor register is the one part you will never need.

Your next application goes into the same room.

You can send it the way you sent the last forty, or spend an evening changing what it looks like when it lands. That is the whole decision.

Not paying for anything yet

Then find out for free whether the CV is even the problem.

Two checks an email a month. No card, no account, no call. Same engine paying users get, and it will tell you plainly if your CV is fine and something else is wrong.
