1. Who we are

Gorizzume is a service operated by Augustova Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17216706).

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. We may suspend your account if you breach these terms.

3. Subscriptions

Pro is £9.99/month, Premium is £24.99/month, and Elite is £39.99/month, inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. Annual billing is available on every paid plan and saves one month versus paying monthly. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel any time via the billing portal; your plan remains active until the end of the current period.

4. Billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed immediately when you subscribe — there is no free trial. By subscribing you request immediate access to the digital content. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day cancellation right; you acknowledge at checkout that this right is lost when you first use a paid digital feature (such as running an AI tool) within those 14 days. If you cancel within 14 days before first using a paid feature, we will refund your payment in full. You can cancel future renewals at any time from the billing portal, and you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

5. AI outputs

AI-generated suggestions (CV copy, interview feedback, ATS scores) are guidance, not guarantees. Always review AI outputs before relying on them in a real application.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use the service to generate misleading CVs, harass our AI systems, attempt to reverse-engineer our prompts, or scrape job boards beyond what our app does on your behalf.

7. Refunds

Under UK consumer law, you have a 14-day cancellation right. Because paid plans unlock immediate digital content (AI runs), this right is lost when you first use a paid feature within the 14 days, consistent with the express acknowledgement you give at checkout and section 4 above. If you cancel within 14 days without having used a paid feature, we will honour the cancellation and refund you in full. To request this, contact hello@gorizzume.co.uk.

8. Liability

We provide the service "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be heard in English courts.
