  • Is this the same list the Home Office publishes?

    Yes — exactly. We mirror the CSV the Home Office posts at gov.uk/government/publications/register-of-licensed-sponsors-workers and refresh it weekly. No editorial selection, no omissions.

  • What does the A or B rating mean?

    A-rated sponsors are in good standing with UK Visas and Immigration. B-rated sponsors are on an action plan to fix compliance issues and cannot issue new Certificates of Sponsorship until they return to A. Most candidates target A-rated employers.

  • A company I want to apply to isn’t on the list — what does that mean?

    They do not currently hold a sponsor licence. They cannot hire you under the Skilled Worker route unless they apply for and obtain one, which takes weeks. Spending limited application energy on unlicensed employers usually does not pay off.

  • How fresh is the data?
