Fladgate pays a maintenance grant during SQE study and accepts 2:2 graduates, but its careers page never addresses visa sponsorship for international candidates.

Solicitor Apprenticeship Programme
Fladgate takes up to three solicitor apprentices a year on a six year route to qualification, and its September 2027 cohort opened on 24 September 2026.
