  2. Stage 2: Online Assessments

    Online tests, SHL

    Two assessments: an untimed skills assessment (rank responses to work scenarios, allow about 20 minutes) and a timed 36 minute cognitive test of numerical and logical reasoning. KPMG points to SHL practice tests.

  3. Stage 3: Video Interview

    Recorded video interview

    Six pre-recorded questions asked by an AI avatar called Leah, with set preparation time before each recorded answer. Answers are reviewed and scored by a person in Student Recruitment, not by AI.

  4. Stage 4: Launch Pad

    Assessment centre

    In-person half-day mixing assessed and unassessed activities, including a final interview. Offers follow within 2 working days if successful.

  • Graduate Programme

    KPMG sponsors its graduate programme in London only; every other UK office fails the Home Office eligibility criteria
