“Yep, Monzo's a registered sponsor. But we can only sponsor visas for certain roles (like tech, engineering and product, for example) because of Home Office regulations. We don't run a graduate scheme at the moment but some of our roles can be a great fit for those just out of uni.”
Early Careers Programmes
Monzo is a licensed visa sponsor but only pilots early careers slots case by case, not a fixed annual scheme.

Summer Internship 2027
Monzo's 2027 software engineering and data science summer internships in London pay £42,500 pro rata, close on 1 November 2026 and require unrestricted right to work.
