Visa sponsorship

Graduate Scheme
NFU Mutual says its graduate schemes are not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship.
“These roles are not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship, as they do not fulfil the current sponsorship criteria set by the Home Office (although these criteria change from time to time).”
Apprenticeship programmes
NFU Mutual's 15 to 24 month insurance and IT apprenticeships go up to Level 4, including a Business Analyst route, but no apprentice roles were open on 12 October 2026.
