Doors Open (application form)
Motivational questions
A simple form plus three motivation questions on accountancy, why SRLV and what you bring, submitted with a tailored CV. Opens October 2026.
- 3 questions
“Applications will open in October 2026. You’ll need to complete a simple form, then answer three key questions: what attracts you to accountancy, why SRLV could be the firm for you and what you can bring.”
Callbacks (telephone interview)
Phone interview
Shortlisted candidates have a 10 to 15 minute informal phone chat with HR about university, work experience and career goals, in February 2027.
- about 15 minutes
- HR Team
“The telephone interview involves a 10-15 minute informal chat with our HR Team about your time at uni, work experience and career aspirations, so it really isn’t something to be nervous about.”
Away day fun (assessment day)
Assessment centre
An informal assessment day at a London hotel for about 25 applicants in March 2027: group tasks, creative challenges, a short writing test and a 10-minute presentation on a topic you are passionate about. No reasoning te
“If you make the penultimate stage, you’ll be invited to join us for an assessment day. Held at a cool London hotel, this has an informal ‘away day’ feel. Hosted by a small group of friendly SRLV staff and partners, we gather 25 or so applicants for a day of fun challenges and a short writing test. This includes a 10-minute presentation on a subject you feel passionate; so share a bit about what makes you tick.”
Office Visit (panel interview)
Final interview
About half of assessment day candidates attend the West End office in April 2027 for a short panel interview on career history and assessment day work, plus an office tour.
“Around half of applicants from the away day will be invited to join us at our West-End offices. You’ll meet the team from the away day for a short panel interview to run through your career history and work at the assessment day.”
Making Offers
Offer
Decisions are made quickly in late April 2027, with feedback from HR and offers for the four-year programme starting in September.
“After the interviews we review all candidates and make our decisions swiftly so we don’t keep you hanging. Our HR Team will be in touch with feedback and, if you’ve been successful, an offer to join our four year Graduate Programme.”
Visa sponsorship
Graduate Programme
SRLV's four-year London ACA audit graduate programme opens in October 2026 and closes at the start of January 2027, with no visa statement on its pages.
Intern Placement Programme 2027
