Stage 4: assessment centre

Full-day in-person assessment centre at the Euston office with role-based exercises and a chance to meet staff.
“If you’re successful at the video interview stage, you will be invited to an assessment day which will be held at our office in Euston, London. This will be a full day which will consist of a series of exercises that reflect the types of activities you would experience in the role.”
Stage 5: final interviews
Final interview
Final interview after the assessment centre; finalists share a CV beforehand.
“Following the assessment centre, you will be invited to the final interview where we will use this opportunity to learn more about you, you can also use this time to ask any questions, and learn more about Wellcome and who we are.”
Stage 6: offer stage
Offer
Outcome after final interview, with feedback for all finalists.
“Following the final interview stage, you will find out if you have been successful or not – we provide feedback to all candidates that make it to this final stage.”
Visa sponsorship
Graduate Development Programme
Wellcome is not always able to sponsor a visa for its two-year graduate programme, and pay is not fixed on its own site.
