Training Contract 2029
How Withers recruits

Untimed online Cappfinity strengths assessment covering situational judgement, critical thinking and numerical reasoning. One week to complete from the invite.

Proof-reading assessment

London Open Day
Withers runs a single London Open Day, a half-day event from 10:00 to about 14:00 for up to 30 students, with applications open from 1 October to 6 November 2026.
