Online Assessment

Interview Stage
Final interview
After a full application review, shortlisted candidates attend either an interview day or an interview with two team members.

Final Outcome
Offer
Outcome within two weeks of the interview; successful candidates receive a contract for their intake.

2027 Summer Placements UK and IE
WSP's paid eight week 2027 summer placements across UK engineering and environment teams are open until 31 December 2026, with no visa statement.
