Behavioral and logical reasoning assessment
Online tests
Online interactive assessment of 35 to 45 minutes covering logical reasoning and the behaviours AECOM looks for in graduates.

Assessment centre
Shortlisted candidates attend a technical assessment or a full assessment day with the hiring team, lasting 2 hours or more.

Visa sponsorship
ADVANCE Development Programme
AECOM runs a two year ADVANCE programme across 29 UK and Ireland offices with no application deadline at all, and says nothing about visa sponsorship.
