Everyone joins the ADVANCE programme, which runs two years, or two and a half for apprentices, and is built from three instructor led modules plus an online curriculum through AECOM University and a webinar series. ADVANCE 1 covers brand, culture, ESG, wellbeing, flexible working and career development, ADVANCE 2 covers project delivery, digital transformation, emotional intelligence, collaboration and negotiation and bidding, and ADVANCE 3 covers projects in action and supports apprentices in evidencing behavioural competencies for their end point assessment. Graduate selection is an online registration of 25 to 35 minutes, a behavioural and logical reasoning assessment of 35 to 45 minutes, then a technical assessment or full assessment day of two hours or more.
