Boyer: does its graduate programme sponsor a UK visa?

Unconfirmed. Boyer publishes no sponsorship policy for its graduate programme, so we cannot state a firm answer. Boyer is a planning, design and development economics consultancy, part of Leaders Romans Group, with regional teams covering London and the South East, the East, the Midlands, the South, and Wales and the West. The graduate programme is deliberately not a fixed track: development is tailored around each graduate's strengths, interests and ambitions. Graduates get a dedicated mentor relationship, an individual development plan, a minimum of 20 hours of CPD training a year, formal mentoring towards professional memberships, exposure to significant projects, and participation in charity, networking and CPD events. Boyer publishes its own survey of graduates and uses it to make the case for the career: 11 of 12 graduates said planning is not visible enough to young people early on, 9 of 12 did not study planning as their first degree, and all 12 would recommend planning as a career. That second figure matters, because it signals a route in for non planning graduates. Boyer separately supports Level 7 RTPI accredited degree apprenticeships covering a Master's degree and chartership, open across its town planning, environmental impact, economic insight and property development teams.
