Allsop: does its graduate rotation scheme sponsor a UK visa?

Unconfirmed. Allsop publishes no sponsorship policy for its graduate rotation scheme, so we cannot state a firm answer. Allsop is a property firm best known for its commercial and residential auctions, alongside investment and development, asset management, lease advisory, business rates, valuation, planning consultancy and build to rent work. The graduate scheme is a two year rotation aimed squarely at RICS membership through the Assessment of Professional Competence. Graduates join the London rotation programme and complete up to four six month seats across both commercial and residential specialist departments, from auctions, commercial asset management, investment, central London office leasing, lease advisory, business rates and valuation on the commercial side to auctions, build to rent, development, investment, student housing and valuation on the residential side. Each graduate is allocated an APC Counsellor and Supervisor, some of whom are serving APC Assessors, plus support from an external provider, dedicated study leave and frequent mock interviews with surveyors from recently qualified through to partner level. The internal training scheme is organised and run by an existing graduate and overseen by a partner. Allsop reports a 91 per cent APC pass rate and says 36 per cent of current partners started on the graduate programme. The application process is deliberately light, with no online testing and no long assessment day. Nothing on the graduate pages mentions sponsorship, visas or right to work.
