Unconfirmed. GXO Logistics UK publishes no sponsorship policy for its two to three year graduate programmes, a one year, so we cannot state a firm answer. GXO is the contract logistics business spun out of XPO and runs more than 600 sites across the UK and Ireland. Its early careers ladder has four rungs. The graduate programmes run two to three years across supply chain operations, HR, finance and digital and technology, built around rotating through several parts of the business with real responsibility from the start. A one year placement programme takes undergraduates into genuine roles with job specific training. The degree apprenticeship is the distinctive one: run with Sheffield Hallam University, it awards a BA Hons in Professional Practice in Supply Chain Leadership, is fully funded, pays from day one and rotates the apprentice around site functions towards a site leader role. GXO also runs a ten week summer internship and a robotics degree apprenticeship with Cranfield University. It says it has more than 1,700 apprentices in total and ranks in the UK top ten apprenticeship programmes. Nothing on the UK graduates page addresses visa sponsorship.
