Landsec: does its futures internship sponsor a UK visa?

Unconfirmed. Landsec publishes no sponsorship policy for its futures internship, so we cannot state a firm answer. Landsec runs six month paid internships as part of Landsec Futures, its social mobility commitment. The entry bar is genuinely unusual for a FTSE 100 REIT: no previous work experience, no qualifications and no university degree are required. What replaces the academic gate is a set of social mobility eligibility criteria designed to reach people underrepresented in real estate, so an applicant who clears a normal graduate scheme on paper may not be eligible here and vice versa. Previous intern roles have covered project management, communications, portfolio and asset management, retail operations, finance, brand and guest experience. Landsec is honest that the internship is not a guaranteed route in: some previous interns have secured roles afterwards but no permanent role is promised, and the stated aim is to leave people positioned for a job elsewhere in real estate.
