Center Parcs: does its apprenticeships sponsor a UK visa?

Unconfirmed. Center Parcs publishes no sponsorship policy for its apprenticeships, so we cannot state a firm answer. Center Parcs operates short break villages at Sherwood Forest, Elveden Forest, Longleat Forest, Whinfell Forest, Woburn Forest and Longford Forest in Ireland, and employs several thousand people year round because the villages trade 365 days a year. Its early careers offer is apprenticeship only. A recent People Apprentice vacancy at Bedford shows the shape: an 18 month fixed term contract at GBP 15,600 per annum, working towards a CIPD Level 3 qualification, supporting recruitment activities, onboarding, employee records, payroll coordination and basic people queries, on core hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Center Parcs also runs Level 3 and Level 4 management apprenticeship programmes and has put cohorts through a Level 3 Team Leader Apprenticeship alongside an Institute of Leadership and Management Level 3 Diploma in Management. The company says explicitly that it recruits on behaviours rather than prioritising qualifications or experience, which matters for anyone without a conventional CV.
