InPost: does its graduate leadership programme sponsor a UK visa?

No published policyInPost Graduate Leadership Programme (Trainee Operations Manager Parcels, Trainee Process Engineering Manager, Network Partnerships Commercial, Locker Deployment Partner, People and Culture Partner)

Unconfirmed. InPost publishes no sponsorship policy for its graduate leadership programme, so we cannot state a firm answer. InPost runs the locker network that has become the main alternative to doorstep delivery in the UK, and it is launching its Graduate Leadership Programme with a first cohort starting mid January 2027. The structure is two years split by theme rather than by rotation: Year 1 is Leading Self, building confidence, capability and professional identity with real responsibility from day one, and Year 2 is Leading Others and the Organisation, with wider exposure that sets a graduate up to move into a permanent role or a talent pool. Five tracks were live at the time of checking: Trainee Operations Manager Parcels covering North and South, Trainee Process Engineering Manager at the Lutterworth, Hatfield and Wednesbury hubs, Network Partnerships in Commercial and Locker Deployment Partner, and People and Culture Partner. The operations track is explicitly not a sidelines programme: graduates run depot operations, analyse performance, productivity, quality and cost, and work across inbound, sort, outbound and last mile with Shift Leaders, Duty Managers and Depot Managers. Applications open 1 September with assessment centres throughout October.

InPost UK is launching the Graduate Leadership Programme, and we're looking for ambitious graduates to join our first cohort in January 2027.

“Have a minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline. You'll have graduated in the last 3 years in 2024, 2025 or 2026 Have a full UK driving licence.”
InPost, from its own careers pages
The catch: The operations track requires a full UK driving licence, willingness to travel between operational sites and to stay overnight, and availability for early, late and weekend shifts, so it is not an office graduate scheme. The graduation window is fixed at 2024 to 2026, which rules out a 2027 graduate. Roles are onsite rather than hybrid except Network Partnerships and Locker Deployment. Nothing published addresses sponsorship.
