Sodexo: does its apprenticeships sponsor a UK visa?

Unconfirmed. Sodexo publishes no sponsorship policy for its apprenticeships, so we cannot state a firm answer. Sodexo is the food services and facilities management group that runs catering and soft services across corporate sites, hospitals, schools, defence and prisons in the UK and Ireland, and its apprenticeship offer is one of the widest of any single UK employer. Almost 80 programmes are available, spanning IT and business administration, facilities management, hospitality and catering, healthcare and prison custody. The ladder runs from Level 2 for people at the start of a career through to Level 7 for specialists, so the same framework covers a kitchen porter and a chartered professional. Sodexo frames apprenticeships explicitly as a lever for social mobility rather than as a recruitment channel, and backs that with levy gifting: it has gifted or pledged GBP 2.8 million of its own apprenticeship levy to small and medium sized employers and supported 126 apprentices at SMEs that way. Separately, Sodexo UK and Ireland has pledged to recruit 100 foundation level apprentices aimed mainly at 16 to 21 year olds in catering and hospitality, through an eight month programme under the government Youth Guarantee scheme.
