THG: does its graduate programme sponsor a UK visa?

Unconfirmed. THG publishes no sponsorship policy for its graduate programme, so we cannot state a firm answer. THG is the ecommerce group behind Lookfantastic, Cult Beauty and Myprotein, and its early careers page splits into three tracks: a graduate programme, a year in industry and apprenticeships. The graduate programme runs 12 months with in person networking events, career development workshops and sessions from industry experts across the group, and each role is described as carrying real responsibility from day one. Nine functions are named: Marketing, Ecommerce, Finance, Buying, Merchandising, Data, Procurement and Supply Chain, New Product Development and Sustainability. Finance is the outlier, a three year scheme with a minimum of three rotations across Operations, Central, Transactional, Group and Commercial Finance. No specific degree is required. The graduate section of the eligibility accordion says nothing about immigration status, which is notable because the apprentice section on the same page sets a three year UK residency bar. Silence for graduates is therefore silence, not an implied copy of the apprentice rule.
